La Planche wine bistro offers a menu inspired by French brasseries and featuring Quebec terroir. Hotel & cie's creative team invites you to enjoy a gourmet, accessible and exquisite experience: platters of fine cheeses and artisanal charcuterie, grilled meats, tartars, seafood, fish and signature dishes with local and seasonal flavors. Looking for new discoveries? Indulge in an impressive selection of private imports and Quebec spirits!

Open Tuesday to Saturday, the bistro operates on a first-come, first-served basis, from 5pm to 9pm (no reservations required), 18 years and over.

Inspired by the richness of Quebec products, the Boutique Gourmande Plein ma valise offers a unique sensory experience! In a warm and friendly setting, you're invited to experience an explosion of flavours that will awaken your taste buds: fine cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, privately imported wines and their complementary local products. Open from Tuesday to Saturday, you can take these gourmet products back to your room or enjoy them on site from 11am to 8pm.

Please note that the Ôrigine gift card cannot be used at Boutique Gourmande Plein ma valise.

Let's talk business! Book one of Hotel & cie's two private meeting rooms designed for comfort, productivity and creativity. Our corporate spaces can accommodate from 1 to 36 people. They are ideal for training sessions, business meetings, or for receiving potential clients and candidates in a professional, neutral setting. The on-site team will take care of all your needs, from audiovisual equipment to lunch box service.

Summer and winter alike, the park offers an incredible playground for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, pedal-boating, snowshoeing, mountain biking, cross-country skiing... This exceptional mountain environment is home to unique wildlife. It's not unusual to see woodland caribou and numerous moose.

Exploramer: Exploramer is a scientific complex accessible to all, focusing on the marine environment of the St. Lawrence. It features an aquarium park with a collection of marine species living in the Gulf, touch tanks, various museum exhibits, guided activities on the Gaspé coast and science-themed excursions at sea aboard the C-E Marin Exploramer. An experience that will change your view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
