For more than 18 years, Le Marin d'eau douce has been offering residents and visitors to Carleton-sur-mer an exceptional culinary experience, less than 500 meters from the Manoir Belle Plage. Now a Baie-des-Chaleurs institution, Le Marin d'eau douce will introduce you to regional Gaspesian specialties in a warm atmosphere with the best view of Carleton.
