How can I avoid the $2.50 inactivity fees on an Ôrigine or Hôtellerie Champêtre gift card?

In order to avoid the inactivity fees on a gift card that has not been used for more than two (2) years, here are your options:

1. You can use your gift card to buy an “open” package on Ôrigine’s website. This will allow you to use your package when you want to, without having to pay the inactivity fees.

2. If you wish to make a reservation in an establishment in several months, you have the option to ask the establishment for a deposit on your gift car. In this case, there will be no inactivity fees charged to your gift card.

3. You can contact our customer service in order to find an agreement for the use of your gift card.

I am worried that my gift card might get lost or stolen. Is there anything I can do?

You can register your gift card online here to make your information easily accessible by our team. This will make it much easier for our customer service in the event of a loss or theft. If the card is lost or stolen, please contact customer service; They will be able to cancel the old card and issue a new one of the same value.
